You can't, download origin, open TS4, download from the gallery. DON'T PLAY ON ANY OF YOUR HOUSEHOLDS OR MAKE NEW ONES ETC. Exit the game. Log out of Origin and close it. Open TS4 back up, eveything you downloaded will still be there, as it saves in your "tray" folder in Documents/EA/TS4.

I could, but why? Everything I personally download is in there, not what you download.
