Setup1.cab corrupt

"The cabinet file 'setup1.cab' required for the installation is corrupt and cannot be used. The could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package."

I've re-downloaded the files 3 different times now, made sure there's no old sims4 files still installed and still I get the same message.

Did you make sure to extract the RAR file using WinRAR exclusively? Using any other program may damage the files inside.

If you don't have WinRAR 4.20, you can get it from our downloads website here:

Yes I have winRAR, I don't use anything else, I extracted ALL of the files before I tried installing.
