It is already posted if you're pertaining to the May 4 patch.

I already knew about the update what I'm asking is when will the fix be updated with the latest patch?

Since G4TW doesn't crack TS4 (yet, I think), we'll just have to wait for RELOADED to crack the latest version. So, patience is key.
