Yet another Origin problem

I downloaded the base game a few months ago and it worked beautifully. I heard about the Get to Work update so I downloaded it. I got the "Origin not running" pop up. I don't have origin to begin with. I just uninstalled EVERYTHING, then turned off firewall and avast to install the stuff. After I installed the base game I updated my exceptions for avast and firewall. After I did that I installed Get to Work. It still didn't work so I applied the Ultimate Fix (I followed step by step) and STILL getting the Origin error. I have no idea what to do at this point. PLEASE HELP!

Please, follow the instructions in the VIDEO below and download the stuff from the link in its description at YouTube.
