Service Initialization Failed [SOLVED]

Hello forum! 

I've been having an issue lately that's driving me absolutely mad. 

I own a legal copy of the Sims 3 and many of the expansion packs, so when I install them they work fine. The problem comes when I try to download the copies I do not own, including the last one that came out (Island Paradise). As soon as I download one of them, install it and apply the crack, the whole game won't work anymore. This is the error I get:


I really don't know what to do anymore. I've reinstalled about a thousand times, tried applying different cracks, fixes and nothing seems to work. Can someone help?

I watched the video and followed the steps you suggested. I applied the early fix to the games, then the ultimate fix, copied and pasted the crack to the base game and I get the same error still  any other suggestions?

Okay, so I decided to try one last time. I uninstalled everything (again) and ignored the copies I own, using instead the ones available in your forum. I watched your entire video, did everything as you did and guess what? IT'S WORKING!
