Sims 4 ultimate fix doesn’t work - no vcredist_x64.exe

Hi guys,
So I’ve followed the instructions to install the fix, but when I came to the vc\vc2013\redist point, there was a “vcredist_x86.exe” but no “vcredist_x64.exe. So I installed the x86 and tried to download the x64 from Microsoft website, but I got an error message saying that Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (x64) can only be installed on Micrsoft XP and newer platforms, but I’m on Vista…
I skipped the vcredist_x64.exe, and moved on to copying and replacing the .rar files.
But when I launched the game, the fix didn’t work. I never have Origin on, and I added the exceptions to my antivirus.
What should I do?

Are you sure you downloaded it on the download website here: games4theworld.org?
If you downloaded the fix on the ultimate fix website. The Gtw will not really work because it only have the latest game version and the GTW is not applied there with the fix. It only has Outdoor Retreat and The Holiday Pack and the (currently) the latest game version (The March 26 Patch). so make sure download it on the website I applied above and try applying it again.
