Sims 3 Log Error and bug.

I am new to the forum and happen to want to make a post on an other thread I read here about the Generations exp.
An other member had this message : It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs.

I have install all the exp. and I'm still allowed to update normal through the ea games, but I do as well get this message every time I start the game to play.I use to continue and play normal.Till some days ago my problems start I wasn't using the "save as" but after a while I start to do so and I notice that after 16-17 saves it started to save forever and then the saves were disappearing from the game and replace with the backup name on the save folder.My solution was to delete every time and always pick a new "save as" name instead of the save1 save2 multi save, problem solved and the error code 12 appear. Before this problems start i never experience a problem like that one before. I would like to know if the 'program fix sims3' you have can solve this problem. Because is not nice to play a game w/o be able to save.

I see...well i used the "Fix" and i notice that i don't have anymore the "unofficial game modification" .Now my question is... the "Fix" is fixing the "forever saving-never ends" aswell? or Only the"unofficial game modification" message and the update problem?
