Office proplus 2013 Empty Office proplus 2013

I Have downloaded Office 2013 pro plus, but there's no setup instructions, when I click on any installers i get "Error 1713. Setup cannot install one of the required products for microsoft office 32-bit components 2013"

What am I supposed to be opening to install and where can I find it?!

Hello and welcome to the forum,


Did you use the program WinRAR, for extracting the contents of the .RAR download, into one single empty folder ? If not, you should do that. Smile  You can find WinRAR version 4.20 here. Install it according to the included instructions.

After you extracted the contents from the .RAR into the folder, re-start the installation from within said folder. Good luck for now !

P.S. if you have earlier versions of Microsoft Office, please un-install those, and then re-boot the computer. And after THAT, go on with installing Office 2013.
