Graduating in university life.

at the end of the term she got her grade and she passed and it's time for graduation, she go to the stadium at 1 and waited but my sim didn't graduate nor wore a graduation robe, and don't even have a diploma & extra trait.

after going home,I let her take the aptitude test again and enroll now it's in 1 week major in technology, it's still the same. 
I don't know if I do anything wrong or is this a bug ? what do I need to do to graduate ? have diploma & extra trait ?

Other than that, this is one of the numerous glitches that haven't been fixed, and won't get fixed. To 'help out' in this case, you can cheat yourself the degree by using a mod, like NRAAS Master Controller or NRAAS Debug Enabler. Since you actually did all the courses, you won't have any bad feelings if you cheat yourself the degree that way, to overcome the glitch.
