University Life bug??

Ok,so I have Sims 3 with Supernatural pack and the update. (the fix thing,idk how to explain)
I downloaded the University Life but when i open the game its not responding.
((actually at first when i set the things,it says "nO disC fOunD" but i installed fix thing,when i installed fix thing,it says not responding.
I am Turkish so maybe I didn't told my problem. but please help me,i have many cc and aurora skies,and many game and i don't want to lose it ;-;
also don't want to redownload game tbh

You must still start your game via the shortcut of Supernatural and not with University.

Also nope,it didn't worked too.

I renamed,and when I try to open the game,It still gives the same error. Also the new folder opens.

That is off-topic, but may I ask what makes you think that the Forum is inactive?   Compared to a few years back, there are fewer support requests, yes, but we still do our best to respond to those questions in a timely fashion.

Contrary to the opinion of many users, The Sims 4 is NOT that popular. And the popularity of The Sims 3 also has worn off, because most people from back in the days have grown older and moved on, or they are not playing many games anymore.
