Ultimate Fix Question. [SOLVED]

Hi, I currently have the ultimate fix installed along with the game and GTW and I was just wondering, do we have to download the ultimate fix again once a new patch comes along or is there another download that relates to the specific new patch?
I hope that's not too confusing! Also pardon me if it's obvious. I'm new here!

The ultimate fix updates the game to the patch it says it is, currently it is 1.7.65.1020.
The newest Sims 4 patch, which is 1.8.61.1020, is currently not part of the Ultimate Fix, or any Sims 4 patches on G4TW.

So every time there is a new patch out we come here to download the newest Ultimate Fix?

Yes. There is no other way to get those updates into a cracked game. In a legit Sims 4 game, the updates would be downloaded via the Origin client, but in a cracked Sims 4 you need to put in those files manually, and each time a new update is released...
