I cant play sims 3 university life. [SOLVED]

Jeah, im newbie and im sorry if i do something wrong. I have some issue in sims 3 university life. I think something goes wrong when i downloading game. i can start game and theres come that starting screen?, where is saves and can choose citys and start new game. 
But that is frozen, i dont see my saves, i dont see any citys, i cant stop game normaly. I cant go anyvhere. I try take a picture, but screenchot was black. i think its something wrong in the crack. Because the game wont start universitys own crack. Computer say it stop working. And this happen when i use ultimate fix. What i suppose to do?

I can't really understand you, but did you apply manual patch? Second step in this manual

I had similar issue to yours (no saves - no towns) when something went wrong while applying the manual patch. I just reapplied it, used fixes again and it was all fine.

So apply the manual patch and then use fixes. Everything should be fine as long as you follow the manual I sent you.

Well, that really dont help anything. I have already newest patch, still i download that manual patch and still not working. Im really sure my crack do not working. Because when i start game "wrong file" (=ts3 file), it show citys and saves and it be normal. but it say: put cd or something...

So i really think this is crack fault.  Hope you undestand my worse english

You're right, if it asks for CD, then it is crack's fault.
You are placing your crack in the correct location, C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin?
That's default location, files should be overwritten if you're doing it correctly.

There's no crack for University Life, only base game needs to be cracked. And after manual updates, you always have to crack your game again.

Well, my broblem was my all download stuff. I delete cc magic and now it works.
