Error message when installing TS3 Pets [SOLVED]

Hi, I installed TS3 base game with your correct installation guide, up to step 3. Because I want to install expansion packs, so I haven't done step 4-6. Now I'm installing world adventure, ambition, late night, and the installation progress is smooth. But when I'm installing TS3 Pets (I had my own copy in DVD) there is error message :

Feature transfer error

File:D:\Caches\AppaloosaPlains.objectCache
Error:Incorrect function.

>>> retry / cancel <<<

My questions are :
1. What is happening? since I've ever installed TS3 pets before and no success
2. Why am I facing this error?
3. How to fix this?

FYI, I'm installing the game in windows 8.1 OS and my TS3 Pets has folder named Fairlight. I'm using keygen from fairlight folder. I place TS3 base game & expansion packs in F: (not in C: as usual destination installation folder)

Hi there! We don't give support to content from other sources, so I would advise you to download our Complete Collection, which has all Expansions in one single torrent, if you have enough space and bandwidth, of course Smile

Below is a video showing how I usually install the game, and its description has the links to the necessary downloads.

Hmm, I just finished installed it. It really takes time and patient *phew!* Very Happy

Let's wish that the game will work smooth with fixing tools and update patch from this website. Amen

Sorry for the belated reply, but did you end up getting the "Complete Collection", or did you succeed in installing the game from your DVD ? I think what was behind your original problem, was some malfunction of the DVD, and which is one reason I myself avoid these optical discs nowadays as much as I can.

Do you have any other questions for now, or can I mark your topic a "solved" ?
