Transfer Sims 4 data?

I have a new computer and would like to copy my Sims 4 game data and created sims to my new computer. I have spent (as most of us do), lots of time customizing our little family units and want to retain them. Can someone tell me how to do this. I am using a Windows 7 computer (both old pc and new are Win 7) and only use game files and downloads from Games4theworld.

All of your personal content and data is saved in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. You'd really want to back up the Mods, saves, Tray, and maybe Screenshots folder if you have any of those. You don't need to back up all of them, just the ones you want.

Copying these folders to the one in your new PC (after you install the game and run it for the first time) will put your data on the game.
