Sims 4 Get to Work, Alien homeworld is gone ?

Hi , so I have been playing the Sims 3 and 4 from the beginning. The download and game are both working like a gem but after I build a rocket in-game and went to the alien world, I started noticing things were missing. Including all the aliens and buildings.
So far I did a clean install (2 times including deleting all the sim data ect) , removed all the mods and cheats and of course tried the ultimate fix.
Computer is virus free and fast enough.
Sadly I still can not see any aliens or the alien home world appear in-game. Because it took me quite long to realize I am missing content I have no clue what else is not appearing in-game.
I added a picture in case my English is lacking.
