Can't move the Sims 4 folder?

Can't move the Sims 4 folder?

So I redownloaded my game since I think I messed it up, but I followed all the instructions this time. Everything has been moved into their respective folders, however when I try and move the actual "Sims 4" folder into C:/Program Files (x86) I get this:
The problem is, I don't have ANY other folders with ANYTHING related to The Sims opened. Can anyone help me out? ;n;

Did you manage to get it working in the meantime ? Sometimes, re-booting the computer can help with these issues. See also this topic here. Maybe it can help too:
