Game folder changing from The Sims 4 to "Los Sims 4"

I deleted the Sims 4 folder from documents/electronic arts/the sims 4 to start fresh w the new toddlers stuff update and of course the game isn't working. When the game starts a folder called Los Sims 4 pops up in my documents and then nothing else happens. Super confused about this one..

Yo, yo, yo! That's Spanish lol just go through the installation as per usual and then change the language.

Hi there, have you applied the error code 3 fix from the Ghostman? It is supposed to fix that issue.

You can safely delete Los Sims 4 folder, since you previous saves will be under The Sims 4. You can download this fix here to start your game in english.
