Newcrest not showing up [SOLVED]

After I download the ultimate fix I went to the town newcrest and it was completely empty other than some empty lots. I had no errors when downloading the crack so idk what is happening.

It's supposed to be all empty lots. You either build your own lots or download from the gallery.

Newcrest is a world for The Sims 4. It was released via a game update on June 11, 2015. Newcrest consists of three neighborhoods, each with five lots of varying sizes. Unlike other worlds for The Sims 4, Newcrest has no already-existing buildings. There are visible houses if you angle your camera in-game, but you can not go there.
