can't uninstall sims 4

i was trying to install the new sims 4 and have all the previous download removed but i can't uninstall the game
this keeps showing up

Seem like the RldOrigin.ini is marked as read-only file, so the uninstaller cannot delete it.

You can remove that attribute by
1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
2. Right-click at RldOrigin.ini and choose "Properties"
3. In "General" tab, untick the Read-Only checkbox
4. Press OK

Try running the uninstaller again (if you cancelled it already) or press a retry button. It's should be fixed.
