Sims 3 uninstall?

Could someone please tell me how to completely uninstall the sims 3 from my computer (windows 7). Also my computer has slowed down considerablely since installing it.

I really want to play the game but I just cant seem to get it working. I installed Sims 3, WA, HELS, Ambitions. Following their guides to the T then seylos guide which is a bit confusing, i couldnt get the sims to work after following it. the launcher pops up and is blank i've let it sit for 45mins hoping it was loading slow. Then when i went to close it my computer locked up. I am currenting uninstalling the game but i am not sure where the lingering files will be once uninstalled.

I've gotten the Base game to work NP but soon as i install all the expansions I keep running into problems, so instead of wasting my time installing it a bazzillion times, i think i would just rather play the base game or not at all.

You can safely uninstall as following:

1. Uninstall The Sims 3 and all of it's expansions.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Install The Sims 3.
4. Install Ambitions. (Optional)
