Simcity 4 install

Hi, sorry ... have looked to see if this is answered already as its seem basic

have downloaded my first torrent (simcity 4 delux) and have been following the user guide. I'm not reaching step 5. My install stops with a insert disk 2 request. I'm not sure if I missed something with my extraction or how to get past this point. Can you help?
