Ultimate fix applied - DLC's not showing up in game

As explained in the title, the DLCs wont show up, including GTW. I couldn't figure out why they weren't working so I went into origin. in there, they have shown up, but without updating the game it wont let me use these packs, which is super annnoying. The ultimate fix is working otherwise in game so it isn't the problem. Should I update or how do I work around this?

Sorry, but I don't understand. You have the game bought in Origin? Please remember that Origin needs to be completely closed before starting the game. And what do you mean that the DLC's are showing up in Origin? That shouldn't happen at all.
