Applied the ultimate fix,but Empty Applied the ultimate fix,but

I've applied the ultimate fix, but the game still crashes mid-load. What do I do? Where did I go wrong? 

All SPs and EPs installed.

Computer Specs:

Windows 8.1- 64bit

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70 GHz 2.40 GHz
8 GB DDR3 L memory
NVIDIA GeForce 840M 2GB VRAM
1000GB HDD

Does the game crash with any error message? Or it just goes to the Desktop?
