So, i need to know do i got to have all sims 3 games downloaded from ''games4theworld'' for the ultimate fix to work, or will the fix work if some of the games are downloaded from other sites ?

Hello,
You only need Generations or Town Life stuff from G4TW to work the fix. The other expansions and the base game don't usually cause problems if they are non-G4TW releases.
