The sims 3 - weird freezes per sec.

Hello everybody. Today i installed fresh copy by guide here (how to install corectlly). Patching also to last patch.

So my problem is weird freezes (5-10 sec) per 30-40 sec...
All graphics animation work, just sim stay and time.

How to fix it ;/. ? I got good pc, im sure.

Command: ResetSim * - working but for a few minutes.

I've had the same problem. Been trying to fix it for 5 years. Good luck.

You can try these possible fixes, but as Anarchy so delightfully pointed out, it may not be fixable. 

Whether or not you are successful depends on a number of factors. Your pc is one of them as is, indeed, a portion of luck. I didn't get too much lag on my old (very old, very slow) PC and I get virtually no lag on my new one.

Personally, I would start by trying the "Overwatch" mod mentioned in the link I gave you, that might be your best bet. But it may also be useful to tweak the graphics settings you're using, and try a few different towns, if it's worse in some towns, that might indicate that your problem is caused by bad routing.
