Sims 3 + Seasons weird crash.

Hello,

Now i know the title says crash but i will show you some images because it makes all the towns disappear and i can't create a new game.
Also it says there is a unofficial game modification that does not match the current version of The Sims 3. I pressed continue and i can't do anything even the options in the main menu have disappeared. I have updated to the latest version and applied the ultimate fix twice. 

Hi! Any mod or CC installed? Try renaming your "sims 3" folder inside documents to force the game to create a new one, then see if you get the same error.
