TS4 DLC's Are Missing... Empty TS4 DLC's Are Missing...

I just applied the most recent ultimate fix and followed it to a T, I ran the game but it said the expansions were missing. Origin was NOT running & I reinstalled the ultimate fix & did it again and it led me to the same exact result. Please help me figure this out, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Hi! The last two versions of the fix don't present this issue anymore, as far I know of it...
