RE-Installion of the Game [SOLVED]

I know ive posted something similar to this before, but please exuse me for a moment.
My computer broke in june so the past week we finally went and got a new hardrive.
i spent 3-4 days upgrading to windows 10, and im ready to play the sims 4 again.
I went ahead and saved the game itself, the ultimate fix, and the GTW pack.
Like i said, i know ive posted similar, but i cant find the post where i mentioned this.

But do i install the game, then a FOLDER from GTW, then EVERY folder from the ultimate fix?
or no?

hi! i'm not sure if my reply helps but i recommend installing the sims 4 base game and then applying the latest fix. since the latest fix has everything inside, up to spa day.

It has everything except get to work.
Last time i was here, i was told install the base game, install all the folders of GTW, then install all the folders of the latest Ultimate Fix.
I upgraded to windows 10, but i know for a FACT the game can still work, because it told me i had to have origin running, which isnt a computer-based issue, its an installation issue. so i installed it wrong and i dont know how to install it right.
i start by installing the base, then i have the RAR files for GTW and UltFix, but idk what to install first, or if i install it all or just 1 folder.

if my assumption is right the folder EP01 is the Get to Work folder. So if you have that installed then get to work should be included. if the new ultimate fix, not update only doesn't have one, then the safest bet is to install base game -> get to work + fix (if you have the old fix files) -> then the new fix. 

test whether the GTW works after installing it's fix before the Ultimate fix. If it works then the problem might be with the new fix. Also I hope when you save the original files some dll. files aren't accidentally deleted since that's what causing most problems.

what do you mean by "fix" and "new fix"?
the only fix i know is the most recent ultimate fixes

so the GTW pack is from the installation files? or the GTW fix itself? because if you copy paste from the installed files some files might get deleted. but check the ultimate fix, is there a folder called EP01. if it's there then you don't need to installed the GTW pack. simply installed the base game then the ultimate fix.

ive played it once, it worked fine with... someee....
REALLLY abnormal in-game bugs.
i havent opened it a second time, but when i do im guessing that like it did 3 months ago,
will give me an error.
but this topic can be closed now, because it was indeed solved last night.
(MINUS not having opened it a second time)
and also, the latest ultimate fix didnt have EP01.
someone once told me, only drag the EP01 folder from GTW, but doing that will make
your game not work.
but yeah it was fixed last night. for good i hope...

Sorry, I couldn't understand. Is the game working correctly now? Or is there any 'glitches' that are bothering you at the moment?

Since the new ultimate fix does not have ep01, I just copied and pasted the new ultimate fix crack files to the sims 4 folder in program files x86. I do not have an origin account. When i tried to go on vacation to granite falls, I am not seeing the option too. I however have the clothes. I do not have any mods and i noticed this issue happened with mods being applied. So I'm wondering if get to work is not compatible with the new ultimate fix update? I also cannot see granite falls when i click on worlds tabs,

GTW is compatiable with the latest UF fix.
i finally fixed it all this morning.
install the base game, then install all the folders of the GTW pack, then all the folders of the Ulimate Fix. dont take out any indivual folders, you must copy them ALL IN.
afterwards, if you left the install-location at default, it will be located at
C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4

take "The Sims 4" folder, right click it, choose "cut"
back up a folder and go to Program Files (x86)
paste the folder in there and add it to your antivirus/firewall/defender exceptions or whatever program you use for that.

works like a charm, minus a few in-game bugs.
oh but if you had a shortcut on your desktop, it was from
Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Game/Bin/TS4.exe
which doesnt exist because you backed it up to
ProgramFiles(x86)/The Sims 4

so go into the new location, go to the Game folder, the Bin folder, and copy TS4.exe to your desktop and open it.
if it doesnt work, make sure you have downloaded the right stuff.
also, wherever your downloads ARE, for the sims 4
(i have them in an indivual folder)
make sure they are an exception on your antivirus program too.

if you still cant get the game to load, read back over this.
this is as simple as it gets.

can you tell me what in-game bugs you got ? because i did all of that but i cant get to vacation to granite falls?

So after alot of reinstallation I have found a solution to my problem, I am not sure how long this will work but i'm keeping my fingers crossed. So I downloaded the crack that's 4. suim gb from carlos, the temporary crack which included get to work. So after i reinstalled the base game i copied and pasted the crack for all the dlcs and ep01 andnow when i launch the game i am able to get to go on vacation to granite falls. I'll update if there is any other issue.
