Ultimate fix glitch. Help! Empty Ultimate fix glitch. Help!

My game haven't been working right after I installed the latest version of Ultimate fix. 
When I try any of the GTW careers, I get the tasks but my sim just stayed in the same lot they're in (eg. home) in their work uniform instead of heading to their career lots. 

I've tried reading some of the recent threads about people having problems with the Ultimate fix as well but I'm still confused as to what to do since there weren't really any solutions around. Please help! Why God.

Hi there! It seems that you're not the only one with this issue, but I still didn't find a solution around, sorry...
