Which to install first, Ultimate Fix or Get to Work?

Hello, I've recently decided to try and use Sims 4, and I have a quick question to ask. I've got Sims 4 already installed. My question is what should I install next, the Sims 4 Ultimate Fix or the expansion pack? I want to make sure whatever I do is setup right, so any help here would be greatly appreciated!
