Sims 3 error during startup

Sims 3 error during startup Empty Sims 3 error during startup

So i downloaded the sims 3 and all the expansions and then when i went to launch the game it says "there was an error during startup. Please see the Log for more details"

How do i fix this problem?

Hi! Did you follow the instructions in the page Games4theWorld Install Sims 3 very carefully, or the video below? Try updating your video card drivers and rename your "The Sims 3" folder inside your Documents to see if it helps.
