No installation guide with Ultimate Fix Empty No installation guide with Ultimate Fix

Hi there, 

I've installed the Sims4 and Get to Work and now i'm ready to apply the fix, I downloaded it but I cannot seem to find an installation guide after extracting the .rar file?

Can anyone give me the basic instructions on how to install the fix?
