Setup 4.cab is corrupted (?) The Sims 4. Empty Setup 4.cab is corrupted (?) The Sims 4.

Hi! So I've downloaded the Sims 4 and while installing, the window saying "setup 4.cab" is corrupted or missing and installation cannot proceed. 

I've downloaded the torrent from the site and cannot find any relevant fixes. Please help! Smile

just to add on! I can't extract either as it says setup 5 is corrupt (?)

Welcome to the forum and sorry for the late reply,

Are you absolutely sure the download finished 100% in your torrent client ? It happened with quite a lot of other users too, that they "overlook" the download progress.

Also, please make sure that you extract the contents of the .RAR file into a new folder, and ONLY use the program WinRAR for that. You can find a pirated WinRAR (version 5.21) here, and instructions are included:

After the extraction, navigate to the folder where you extracted to, and restart the installation from there. Good luck !
