Take my advice from before, and just go with the base game and expansions from Games4theworld. It will be the right way to do it.   You can find the download links in my reply from before.

As for Sims 3, the Complete Collection has ALL expansions and stuffpacks, however, no actual store items. You will need to download those store items separately, but that would be a different discussion topic. For that, please open a new topic in the "Sims 3 Downloads Support"-section.

If you download our "Get to Work"-release, it will already include the Outdoor Retreat DLC too.   Again, if you download and install the stuff in the following order: TS4 Base Game -> TS4 Get to Work-expansion -> TS4 Get together-expansion, then you will have all commercially available DLC released thus far.

The error I'm getting now is saying that origin isn't running so cannot start sims 4 game.  I am logged into origin but I have turned all auto updates off and I have even tried running sims 4 while I am still logged into origin but am offline.  I have even tried to run the game while being logged out of origin.  The game worked fine when I installed your copy of the sims 4 but when I added the files from get to work and get together plus the hotfix the error message came up xx

Sorry about all the posts.  When I move the folders to install sims 4 get to work it asks me if I want to merge certain folders before it says copy and replace.  Do I merge the folders, which is what I have been doing and having problems, or do I say no and just copy and replace if it lets me?? xx

I have said no to the merge of folders and it skips the copy and replace part and still doesn't work.  I am trying one last time to install the base game and then copy and replace the folders to get get to work and get together running.  Each time I have done this in the past I get a pop up saying that origin isn't running when it is, so the problem I am having is getting it to acknowledge that origin is running in the background xx

Yes, you need to select "merge folders", as well as "replace files in the destination".
