Game will not run - "Service Initialization Failed". [SOLVED]

Please help me if you can. I just can't figure this out...

I have a store-bought version of Sims 3. I downloaded your cracked versions of TL and G without any troubles. (Thank you, by the way!)
When I downloaded LN, I noticed that it didn't show up in my game when I started it. I didn't put the cracked files into the Bin folder yet because I though I wasn't supposed to. So, I then closed the game, put the files in the folder and tried to run the game again. It didn't work.

So I downloaded the Ultimate Fix and followed the directions exactly. And here's what is going on...
The launcher works, but after I get the black screen and alt-tab to see the pop up window that gives the "unofficial game mod" warning (for some reason, it doesn't come to the foreground and I have to alt-tab to see it to click continue)...

I then get a window that says, "Unable to Start Game. Service Initialization Failed. (0x039e8474)."

Does anyone know what this is and what I have done wrong? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Thank you. I did watch the video. I have no mods. At this point I have uninstalled everything except the website item updates and the original game. It still isn't working.

Is there a way to save a copy of my family and house somewhere so that I can uninstall my game without losing all of my work?

Please uninstall as following:

*Backup your savegames here: (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\saves

1. Completely uninstall The Sims 3 + All expansions and everything else.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall the game(s), following exactly these instructions: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
4. Let us know the result below.

I started another thread to make sure I was doing things in the correct order. I believe the issue was that I originally used the cracks from the expansion downloads instead of just using the crack in the fix. Everything is working now. Thank you very much for your help!
