Unable To Start Game - Service initialization failed (0x024e424f) [SOLVED]

Keep getting problems with the sims...

Installed couple days ago with Admin, worked fine, added two expansions. Worked fine, next day it refused to work, that was yesterday.
Now i reinstalled the base game and appied the new fix cause of the pets expansion. Deleted the two expansions that i added to the game.
Did not change anything to my town life and generation folders. still have them installed.

Now i am getting this error while trying to load the game :

Unable To Start Game - Service initialization failed (0x024e424f)

Did you install Pets? If not, please do so first. (The Fixed version)

No i did not. But i downloaded an other version but is older. But it works, so i am ok with that. So topic may be closed.
