Sims 3 unable to update. [SOLVED]

I've tried to install the Ultimate Fix for the Sims 3. I must be doing something wrong as everything i've downloaded from you all works. I have all the expansion packs and followed the directions stated in the file. When I open my launcher it still tells me there's a update despite having gone trough all the steps and refreshing. And when I try and update through the launcher it gives me an error after everything has downloaded and says the game cannot update at this time. It's a bit frustrating but not the end of the world as the game, so far, works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
