Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
This problem may be related to CC, but I'm not sure. The problem is, There is a bunch of missing sim body parts clothing and such in my CAS, I'm not sure if this has to do the CC I installed which was the Store World Riverview. Anyway, It's not a huge problem but I don't want floating sim parts in my worlds . Any Help? I can provide screenshots if needed.

Re: Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
Hello,
I can hardly imagine it would have anything to do with installing Riverview.
It could just be a glitch, you could temporarily remove your mods and cc to see if that's it.

Re: Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
I uninstalled all Mods/CC Today yet there are items that make the sims lose body parts. Could It be a .package file or something hiding in my Sims 3 Folder?
EDIT: Loading up Sims 3 now to see if it's gone. Will Update if fixed or not.
UPDATE: Still there

Please try deleting your cache files of The Sims 3. Edin made a post about it, here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t2208-sims3pack-installed-world-inaccessible-or-wont-install-fix
Don't follow all instructions, but only the sentence that I will quote in the following:
Edin Eldi wrote:6. Open the folder My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and delete the following files: CASPartCache.package, scriptCache.package, compositorCache.package, and simCompositorCache.package
Then re-start the game and try again. Good luck for now !

If you are absolutely sure that you removed all custom-made (non-EA) items from your game, then I guess you will need to take this little nuisance as it is, for the time being. And avoid using those specific CAS items giving you the glitch.
I recall other users reporting similar stuff, but in the end I guess this is due to some sort of glitch or something...

Re: Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
UPDATE: Didn't work but I noticed in my Documents folder for The Sims 3, I had 6 Songs in my CustomMusic Folder maybe that's what causing the problem? Also, When I open my Launcher, I keep getting a notification saying that's there a content patch available for my store content even though I uninstalled Riverview and deleted it
EDIT:
Screenshot of the Glitch:
Seems like the Picture isn't working so here's the link:

Re: Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
I edited your post and fixed your image. So does that error only happen when choosing particular CAS items, or is that something 'permanent' on your sim ?
And no, to my knowledge the custom music does not cause these things.

Re: Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
I've Tested it, and it seems like the Sims can wear the messed up clothing in the game. If you choose a normal item from the Base Game/Expansion/Stuff Pack though, the glitch goes away. Weird, huh?

Sure it is weird, but for the moment, I think it's best to avoid those CAS items, which cause the glitch.

Re: Missing Sim Body Parts. [SOLVED]
UPDATE: Today I downloaded and installed 1.67 Patch from G4TW and reinstalled The Sims 3 And The Glitch went away. Turns out a few left over files were in my folder and were causing glitches in my game. Anyway, Thanks for your help, Carlos!

Which left-over files, and in which folder ? Do you mean the custom content files under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages ?
And very nice to hear you sorted it out !
