Connecting to the gallery suggestion. [SOLVED]
I was wondering if there was a way to connect to the gallery by using older game files. I'll explain what I mean. I made a backup of my sims 4 base game installation, clean files (no fixes applied yet). I also have backups of the previous fixes when the game first came out. If I was to make a backup of my current game to a flash drive, delete it then just copy my clean base game files and the very first fix, would I be able to connect to the gallery? The original way of installing before the expansions and stuff packs came out, I was able to connect to the gallery then.

Hello again @Jadeskyee,
As of currently, the only way known to me, to connect to the gallery, is that you download a legit TS4 base game from Origin, and start the game from Origin too.
I cannot tell for sure, but you may also need to use an older Origin version for your suggestion to work. But no guarantees; I really can't tell if that still works, I'm sorry.

Thanks, this won't work. I tried installing and older version of origin but it automatically updates, I even tried disconnecting my internet but then the installation won't complete. It was worth a try right, lol. Thanks for replying.

Sorry again it didn't work out. It's probably not worth either to buy the base game, just for being able to connect to that gallery. Anyhow you know how to get in touch with us again if you need more support. Question answered, topic closed. Have fun nonetheless !
