The Sims 4 Get to Work and Outdoor Retreat

Quick question according to EA's patch listing they updated Get to Work and Outdoor Retreat in 1.13.104.1010, and I would like to know if G4TW has those bug fixes, please explain.
And do you include the Sims 4 Soundtrack in your torrent the one that gets installed in Program Files, please explain.

If you downloaded and installed all available G4TW updates thus far (i.e. the "Get to Work" and then the "Get together" expansions), then it will also include those changes/updates for the DLC too, yes. And the soundtrack can be downloaded here:
