Will this work?

So, I have installed GTW and GTG as well as the ultimate fix, but I recently came across the llama issue. Will installing the hotfix after I've already installed the ultimate fix break my game? A friend told me it would, but I want to ask a second opinion.

Why would applying the hotfix "break the game" ?
If you are getting the Llama-issue in Newcrest, apply the hotfix indeed:https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t21865-llama-symbols-in-newcrest-and-other-smaller-glitches-fix
P.S. if it indeed had the potential of "breaking the game", I would have definitely mentioned it in this topic about the hotfix.
