Hello again,

Have you tried adding the game to your "DEP exclusions" already ? And are you playing the game in windowed or fullscreen mode ? Some other users said it may be better to play in windowed mode, because crashes are less likely there.

this what i see I put it on my DEP list to allow it as well im running as admin Ive tried all Differntet mode for it none work

UPDATE: I Fix It my self I have bitdefeneder and they have ransom protection and i didn't allow it to accuse it

Good to hear - thanks for your feedback ! Very Happy  I recall I had a similar issue with MySims and some of those other "Sims stories" games. Even though I had correctly configured my "exclusions", I moved around a few files for some reason I don't remember anymore, but the anti-virus still deleted the crack-files of these games. 

It may be an idea to turn off all anti-virus software when moving around crack-files, but the problem in Windows 10 is that Windows Defender will turn itself on in such a case...then you would need to configure exclusions in Windows Defender too.

Alright, since your problem seems solved, I will close the topic now. If you need more support in the future, you know where you can find us. Wink  Have fun !
