Please help! Sims 3 Pets... [SOLVED]

Hello, I downloaded The Sims 3 Pets(the first one before being fixed) from Games for the World, and whenever I start up The Sims 3, it shows up the Pets' loading screen, and then I choose to start at Appaloosa Plains. It loads for like 4 seconds and then there is a notice that says "The SIms 3 has stopped working." EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's getting very frustrating, so please help!

Also why type of error comes up ? does it crash immediately or does the window freeze first?

It just pauses, THEN shows a notification. I have the NRaas story progression thingy, if you want to know.

They are working on updating all mods, but storyprogression hasn't been updated yet. I'm actually waiting for it myself

well, thank you...I removed the mod and it's working FINE. :_)
