NPC is all black.

Today is the second time I used my sims 3 but when I opened it my sims (including pets) were all black so I restarted the game and it fix everyone except my dog. Iv'e tried changing the graphic settings but nothing. It only shows up when I zoom out very far. I am using wineskin winery to play sims 3 because the sims 3 installer does not work with el capitan.
