Whats going on? Pets EP is not working properly. Simmers are experiencing pet distortion and darkened faces....? Any solutions so far?

We are aware of this issue, but I am afraid there's nothing we can do. This is an EA issue, not a G4TW issue.

Nothing to do with the installation file. If the installation file are corrupted. You cannot install the game anyway Smile

Look, that's why I never buy EA's The Sims 3 games. "Showing ads in paid games..." ?

Manual patch? When you install Pets, the latest patch is already included and automatically updated to the latest version.
