"unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e424f", help? [SOLVED]

Hello.
I've downloaded the base game & some expansions, I've had them for quite a while now and never had any problems whatsoever but I kinda screwed up this time & I need help. :L
I've been trying to remove the censor from the game, I used this patch this censor patch. I had to replace the original file for the one in that folder and when I wanted to start the game, a black screen appeared and that message popped up "unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e424f". I then deleted the no censor patch and the game didn't work, then I downloaded the original censor patch and replaced it and it still doesn't work.
Can you help me, please? I mean, it would be so much work to reinstall the whole game plus expansions.

OK, that no-censor patch is obsolete and should be deleted and forgotten about, its just too buggy.

First lets get your game running again, please go HERE and re-do steps 2-5 exactly as they are written.

After you are done go HERE and get the updated 1.36 No Mosaic Patch to remove the nude censor from the game.

I've already done that, when I click the manual patch a window pops up saying that if i proceed it'll update it to the same as it is now, therefore, it's not needed. :L

& when I try to download that no censor patch from mod the sims, it says "No cookies found!": :c

OK, copy your mods folder somewhere safe like the desktop and then remove it completely from the sims 3 folder, also delete the following cache files located in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3:



CASPartCache.package

CompositorCache.package

ScriptCache.package

SimCompositorCache.package

Now try starting the game.

If that doesn't work you should copy your saves folder to the desktop and then delete the entire sims 3 folder from My Documents/Electronic Arts/. Once you've done that launch the game again and let it load.

After the game loads you can shut it down and copy the Saves fodler back to My Documents/Electronic Arts/

As for the "no cookies found" try clearing your browser cache using CCleaner

I did everything as you said and when I launch the game the screen turns black. The message doesn't pop up but when I exit fullscreen, it's still there. :L

Hello,

Open it and select (or search for) The Sims 3.
Then click "Run and boost" (Something like that).

I clicked "Boost and Launch", the big red button and the TS3 game launcher opened. Do I launch the game...?
