Hi, im not so good at english so pleas excuse me for my spelling.

I downloded sims 3 base game and the crack worked. today i downloded sims 3 supernatural and paradise islend. and i get this eror "unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e424f" I read every guid about this and it didnt help. my game version is updated, mt ultimat fix is updetad. i dont know what else to do.
pls help me
