Grey transparent screen after loading HELP!

Hi,
recently I installed The Sims 4. I first installed Base Game and then applied Ultimate Fix Updates only. I installed everything as in The Sims 4 instructions how to install that you have here on the forum (didn't install GTW and GT).
I started game as administrator. Everything is fine until loading passes and then I get pop ups that i have digital deluxe upgrade, plumbob awards...
And when I click thru all that mess my screen stay grey (that background that you have all time during these pop ups). There example in attachment.
But when I start game second time the first loading screen frezzes. Plumbob stops spinning and I just hear menu music.
Btw, I don't use any mods.
And I both cases everthing is fine but after 2-3 minutes sims stops responding. I don't get any pop up that stopped responding. When I open Task Manager is says that The Sims 4 doesn't respond and I don't here any music just I can move mouse on transparent grey screen and can't click nothing.
Please help!

Hello,
The Ultimate fix is not meant to be applied on top of the base game. The Sims 4 works entirely different than previous Sims games, and you need to keep the install order as follows.
1) The Sims 4 Base game
2) Get to Work
3) Get together
4) Hotfix
Unfortunately, the current Ultimate fix has some unintended side-effects; I don't recommend using it at all this time. It was originally intended as an alternative for the "get together"-expansion, but it seems that it doesn't work properly at all for most users...

I used Ultimate fix with Updates Only not with all GP, FP and EP.
A looooonger time ago I had installed all of The Sims 4 addons but my PC lagged a lot so I uninstalled it and installed The Sims 4 Base Game + Ultimate fix Updates Only.
I'll try to install all addons and reply if it works.

I installed all Sims 4 addons and it lag a bit but it is OK.
In your previous post does Ultimate fix with GP, FP and SP or does Ultimate Fix Udates Only causes some side effects?

Sorry for the late reply, but yes, it appears both the Ultimate fixes not only cause this weird freeze at game startup, but also cause some unwanted in-game side-effects...we will need to re-consider the whole idea of the Ultimate fix in future TS4 updates.
