Giltchs/Bugs on the Sims 4

I currently having a problem with live mode. Whenever I want to use the bathtub or shower, the action will cancelled itself after for a second or two. It a bit annoying when Sims can't bath or shower.
Minor problems: When sims socializing, the action will delay for a while.
Information: Version 1.13.104.1010 Ultimate Fix
Expansion Packs: Get To Work, Get Together

Please apply that little "hotfix". 
Also, if you have any (script) mods for The Sims 4, please remove them all for the time being and then try the game again.
