sims 3 wont register code after launching

So I've done the installing and launching the cracks and all, and right after I click the "play" button on The Sims 3 Launcher, there'll be this small box that's written "Re-enter and verify your Registration Code" - Please carefully re-enter the entire code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card so how can i fix this? i have found no answers as of yet of how to actually fix this.
